Arc10 Studio are no ordinary design studio, it’s made up of two passionate Architectural Technologists, Richard and Chris, who first met whilst studying at University. Over the past 10 years, Richard & Chris have built a network of design, legal & contractual consultants, which has ensured all projects are a success. All parties involved have relied upon each other’s skill set to ensure the client receives the service that Arc10 Studio markets itself on.

Whether you require us to obtain only planning and building regulations approval or provide a full service from inception to building completion, we would ensure that your requirements are interpreted correctly and the project is completed on time and budget.

Using digital and electronic measuring devices we can carry out accurate measured surveys of properties and translate these into plans, elevations and sections within a 50mm tolerance. These surveys often form part of our other services packages such as planning applications or lease plans but can be used for many other purposes such as marketing and property and estate management.

Whether in support of a planning application or for marketing purposes our 3d illustrations consist of a high level of detail for a realistic and accurate portrayal of your project. Theses illustrations can be provided separately or as part of a wider service to help clients or planning authorities better understand and determine the suitability of a scheme.
All images can be provided as hard or high resolution soft copies on disc

I worked with Richard on the Downtown project for over three years who managed the delivery on behalf of the client.
